For folks who just joined us last meeting ˆ feel free to bring your materials to share re: Volunteer Recognition & Retention. (Suggestion of materials to bring / share: volunteer enrollments / interest surveys; previous event invites / programs; etc.) Any challenges folks are dealing with that they‚d like bounce off the group? Brainstorm topics/trainings to cover in future sessions. Set another meeting date, host, location, and topic. Reminder: this is a "bring your own lunch" meeting - no one has time for more meetings, but we all need to eat! So bring your own sardines, chocolate, sun tea, eating utensils, whathaveyou!
